Located Republic Square, Located in the heart of Fontainebleau town centre, Viand’Art is a hybrid concept that brings together under one roof a butcher's shop selling exceptional meatsa steakhouse and one catering service.
On the butchery side, the establishment offers a remarkable range of selected breeds from France and around the world: Blonde d'Aquitaine, Charolais, Limousine, Aubrac, Black Angus from Scotland or Ireland, Wagyu from Kobe, Blonde de Galice from Spain. Connoisseurs will appreciate the matured for 2 to 4 months as well as a selection of veal reared under the mother, Irish farm lamb, Iberian pork and French free-range poultry.
The steakhouse restaurant allows you to enjoy these exceptional products on site in a friendly atmosphere, with a terrace on the market square. The menu offers appetiser platters, starters, grilled meats and homemade desserts. A lunch menu is available for a quick lunch.
The catering service completes the offering with seasonal dishes : salads and marinated meats in summer, lasagne and gratins in winter, prepared to make your receptions and moments of sharing easier.
Viand’Art is open from Tuesday to Sunday, with continuous service at weekends. The butcher's also offers a selection of premium charcuterie, artisan sausages and carefully matured products.
