Il Ritrovo is a Italian aperitivo bar Opening in 2026 at 28 Rue de la Paroisse, Fontainebleau, in the former premises of the caterer In Casa. The name means «the meeting place», and the concept can be summed up in three words: platters, burrata and spritz.
Aperitivo just like they do over there
A Franco-Italian team opened the restaurant, set against a backdrop of blue marble and lemon trees, with a simple idea: to recreate the Italian aperitif ritual using ingredients brought back from Italy. The menu is deliberately short. The The pages are put together on the spot, prepared right before your eyes, with fine charcuterie, mature cheeses, creamy burrata, sun-dried tomatoes, homemade pesto and a selection of olives. A vegetarian option is available. At the bar, you’ll find spritz, Negroni sbagliato, Bellini and signature mocktails, as well as Italian wines and digestifs. To finish, tiramisu and raspberry panna cotta, freshly made in-house every day.

At lunchtime, the restaurant serves artisan paninis, antipasti and platters, all designed to be taken away. The entire menu, including food and drinks, is available to take away, and a delivery service is offered. There is a terrace alongside the dining area.
