Shopkeepers and local organisations are certainly not short of ideas when it comes to treating the people of Bellifontaine: a dice to roll, a challenge to take on, and a lovely prize at the end. The Inalis dice: what if the bill disappeared?

Montebello Street, Inalis has come up with a fun way to liven up weekday lunches. Come round for lunch, and you’ll leave with your dice. Every time you visit, you bring him back.

When the bill came, you roll your dice instead of drawing a card. Just one roll, for the whole table. And with a bit of luck, put your wallet away : the whole table had lunch for free.

The game is on until 20 December 2026, at lunchtime on weekdays.

Health on your plate: get cooking, get set, win

Eating well is important. The association Les Colibris Solidaires has turned it into a whole programme: a series of’free cookery workshops (registration required), on Wednesdays at the Bréau kitchens, with the support of the Seine-et-Marne Health Insurance Fund and the City of Fontainebleau. Here, you’ll learn how to cook healthy, simple and tasty meals, without diets or moralising.

Why are these workshops on this page?

Because the cycle ends with a cooking competition, on Wednesday 18 November 2026, at the Bréau kitchens. A healthy starter, main course or dessert, presented to a panel of professionals, including the mayor of Fontainebleau.
