We spent a weekend at the Hotel Napoléon in Fontainebleau.
We also had an hour at the hotel spa and breakfast the next morning.
I had asked reception for a surprise that I had modified for my fiancé's birthday, and the surprise was exceptional.
The hotel is sublime, very well decorated and the breakfast was excellent. The staff are attentive, the bar serves incredible signature cocktails, and the bedding and room are superb.
The hour at the spa was relaxing and rejuvenating.
We recommend the hotel.

The room was fine, but I didn't like the bathroom, which was too small for my size. And the shower was too spacious as a result.

Nice hotel in town, unfortunately parking is paid, the rooms are not very big, especially the bathroom. Very nice decor, however. We were not shown to our rooms, so we were a bit lost trying to find the lift. The staff were quite friendly, except at breakfast where the smiles seemed forced. There was a somewhat tense atmosphere between the two young waiters and the slightly older lady. Thank you for this stay.

A truly charming place (special mention for the very cosy bar and the courtyard, which must be particularly pleasant on sunny days), ideally located in the heart of Fontainebleau, with professional staff and services that exceeded our expectations, both in the restaurant and the spa. I LOVED this hotel. The discreet and friendly welcome, the proximity of the hotel to the local bus stop, the charming town and the gardens surrounding Fountainblue Castle, the ease with which they checked us in, stored our bags, booked us sole use of the spa and the clean, comfortable room - all topped off with the most delicious choice of breakfast. We stayed an hour over breakfast because it was so relaxing.
Highly recommend booking your hour at the spa for the pool experience. They also provide afternoon petit fours and there is always a warm welcome at reception. Perfect stay, we really needed it after a hectic stay in Paris. This is a wonderful place to unwind.
