We’ve put together an eight-minute track for you to listen to at your leisure.
The aim of this podcast is to enable every resident of Bellifontaine to find out what the council is deciding, without having to sit through the whole meeting.
The council meeting on 21 September covered nearly forty items. I have selected eight of them from the agenda, chosen for their most immediate impact on the daily lives of Bellifontains.
On the agenda, amongst other things: the amount the council is contributing towards the forest, following the fire on 12 July. And a 10-euro voucher that costs you just 6 euros, to spend at local shops before Christmas.
The rest? Flats, a school, Sundays and empty shop windows. I’ll let you listen for yourselves.
