I cannot recommend a visit to the Fontainebleau golf course highly enough, it is the pride of our region. This gem nestled in the heart of our magnificent forest is definitely worth a visit. Its excellence has recently been recognised with numerous prestigious awards:

  • In Golf World magazine's 2023 ranking of the 100 best courses in continental Europe, our golf course climbed to third place, just behind Morfontaine and Utrecht de Pan in the Netherlands.
  • Fairways magazine named it the most beautiful golf course in France in its 2024 rankings, retaining the title it won in 2023 and 2022.
  • It has also been awarded the Bronze Label for Biodiversity as part of the Golf for Biodiversity programme supported by the National Museum of Natural History.

These distinctions confirm the reputation of Fontainebleau Golf Club as one of the most prestigious and popular courses, not only in France but also in Europe.
