A weekend, an exhibition, and a single passion explored from different perspectives: the Saturday 7 and Sunday 8 November, Artmosphere installs « diverse perspectives »at the" Companions’ House, at 26 Rue de la Cloche, right in the heart of Fontainebleau.

Photography as a unifying theme

The title sets the tone: the aim is to bring together different approaches and perspectives on the image. The poster already gives a glimpse of the spirit of the event, with these water lilies floating on dark water, framed in a medallion against a powder-pink background: a photograph that invites you to slow down and really look. Behind Artmosphère lies the world of photobleau, which captures Fontainebleau – from the town to the forest – through the lens.

A venue now well known to art lovers

This autumn, the Maison des Compagnons has established itself as a venue to watch out for when it comes to exhibitions in Bellifonte: just a few days ago, it was still hosting the exhibition «Forest and Family», dedicated to four generations of Gérat artists. It’s a place on a human scale, where people take the time to chat with those who took the photographs.

The exhibition is open on Saturday from 11am to 7pm and the Sunday from 10.00 am to 6.00 pm. A lovely idea for a day out on a November weekend, to fit in between a trip to the market and a walk in the woods.
