🍷 The event

VivaVino is organising an exclusive tasting evening in the presence of Nicolas Gonin, winemaker at Vignoble du RAB in Chinon. This exclusive evening offers the opportunity to discover the wines of this young estate, established in Touraine since April 2021.

👨‍🌾 The guest winemaker

Nicolas Gonin embodies a remarkable career change, having left his job as a train driver in Paris to devote himself to organic viticulture. His 5-hectare vineyard in Cravant-les-Coteaux has been cultivating old organic vines for thirty years, mainly planted in cabernet franc. The estate's approach favours natural winemaking with indigenous yeasts and no superfluous inputs.
