Le Wednesday 11 November, a public holiday, on Grand Parquet welcomes its big autumn flea market. The equestrian stadium, usually the venue for show jumping competitions, is making way for bargain hunters for a day.
It opens to the public from 8h. The organiser promises a day full of treasures and discoveries: antiques, toys, crockery, trinkets and rare items to unearth. The’admission is free, and the Grand Parquet has plenty of space to move about without getting in each other’s way, which isn’t the case at all second-hand markets.

The Grand Parquet is on Route d’Orléans, on the outskirts of Fontainebleau on the forest side: the perfect place to go for a stroll afterwards, weather permitting.
