For its second editionthe Manga Festival of the Musidora Media Centre, Bois-le-Roi is back with an entire afternoon dedicated to Japanese comics, the Saturday 3 October, from 2 pm to 8 pm, preceded by a screening on Friday evening.
On Saturdays, it’s time for meetings, workshops and games, with the programme – according to the poster – featuring workshops, mangaka and T-shirt printing. The Awards ceremony for the «Kaiju or Yokai» drawing competition» takes place in 6.00 pm : whether giant monsters or spirits from Japanese folklore, young artists aged 5 to adulthood had a choice. The entries to the competition are on display at the media centre from 30 September.
Le Friday 2 October at 7.00 pm, the media library is planning to Metropolis, set in a futuristic city where humans and robots live side by side. Screening aged 12 and over, duration 1 hour 30 minutes, by registration.
