Viva Vino, a wine cellar and dining establishment located at 16 Rue de la Cloche, offers a unique culinary experience combining tradition and conviviality. This first brunch organised by the establishment showcases a generous buffet comprising sweet and savoury products, gourmet dishes, high-quality natural wines and hot drinks, all lovingly prepared in a friendly atmosphere.
Run by Elodie and David, two passionate sommeliers specialising in natural wines, Viva Vino has built a solid reputation since it opened. The establishment favours artisan products sourced from small independent producers, without added chemicals or sulphites, respecting the environment and consumers.
Reservations can be made by sending a message to the establishment (@vivavino_fontainebleau). The number of places is limited to 15 people However, it is advisable to register as soon as possible. This event is a unique opportunity to discover the world of Viva Vino in a relaxed and gourmet setting, perfect for a Sunday with family or friends.
The establishment usually offers its catering services on site on Wednesday to Saturday evenings from 7pm to 10pm, as well as on Saturday lunchtimes from 12pm to 2pm, with the option of private hire on request.
