A pastry-making course for children who like to get their hands dirty. For four hours of workshop, participants prepare a delicious chocolate-hazelnut spreadand French toast, and coloured and decorated shortbread in the colours of spring. Chickens, rabbits and crispy fish will take their place in a chewy garden décor where everything will be edible.
This is not a continuous course from 22 to 29 April. These are two independent sessions, with identical content, spread over two Wednesdays depending on the age group:
Each child registers only for only one of the two sessions, the one that corresponds to her age.
The course ends with a shared tasting with families for an afternoon tea in Wonderland. An opportunity for the children to proudly present their creations to parents, grandparents and siblings. What to bring: an apron.
The workshop is led by Claudie De Vreese, She's a passionate teacher who's used to giving children a taste for home-made goodness. There is a minimum of six participants per session - the course may be cancelled if there are not enough.
