Le Friday 11th and the Sunday 13 Septemberthe Saint-Louis Market, Place de la République, hosts discussion booths and workshops on seasonality, hosted by Léa Mazure as part of the programme Objectif Terre 77.
The idea makes perfect sense: rather than running a course on seasonal fruit and vegetables in a community hall, we’ll talk about them where people actually buy them – between the greengrocer’s stall and the cheesemonger’s.
The format is deliberately light-hearted and open to everyone, including children. You can pop in for five minutes or stay for half an hour – nobody will ask you to sign up.
