The restaurant's home-cooked cuisine showcases local producers. The signature speciality Pamfou snails with brieThese 'Gros Gris' gastropods have been farmed using traditional methods by Francine and Pascal Janic since 2008, with respect for the environment and local traditions.
The menu also features original creations such as seafood sauerkraut, veal kidneys with homemade sauce and duck breast with honey. The "Plats et Petits Plats" concept allows diners to compose their meal as they wish, with portions adapted to sharing or discovering different flavours.
