There comes a point when you stop asking your children how to find an attachment, because you’ve already asked them three times. The Charité Royale Media Library, 15 Rue Royale, offers a far more comfortable alternative: a one-to-one digital mediation session, for teenagers and adults, where we take our time.
The meeting is open to all and has no set agenda. We discuss the how his mobile phone works, the online administrative procedures, the online shopping, the setting up an email account, or any other everyday maths problem. As it’s a one-to-one session, no one’s watching you as you try to find the right menu option.
Free, subject to booking, via the Fontainebleau Media Library portal or on 01 64 22 26 36. Bring your own camera – that’s when the session really comes into its own.
