Grande Semaine de Dressage 2025 - Grand Parquet Fontainebleau

Visit Grande Semaine de Dressage is one of France's major equestrian events, organized by the Société Hippique Française at the prestigious Grand Parquet de Fontainebleau. This year's event will take place September 12 to 14, 2025 on the magnificent careers of the Stade Equestre du Grand Parquet.

A not-to-be-missed event in French dressage

This national competition honors best young horses and ponies aged 4 to 6 at the national finals. Dressage, an Olympic equestrian discipline, consists of the execution of compulsory figures assessed by judges according to precision, the beauty of the rider-horse pair and the quality of the gaits.

Competition categories

The event offers several qualification cycles:

• Classic Cycle for 4, 5 and 6-year-old horses
• Free Cycle with CL1, CL2 and CL3 categories
• Pony competitions with their own qualification criteria
