Le Saturday 19 September 2026, the Town of Fontainebleau is relaunching its Fitness Event at Lucien Martinel Gymnasium, Route de l’Ermitage. A day of physical activities supervised by instructors from the Sports Department, free and open to all, from complete beginners to seasoned walkers.
The poster announces ten years of sport. One Saturday a month, from April to October, the council’s Maison Sport-Santé runs short, accessible sessions with no membership required. The session on 19 September kicks off the season and is pulling out all the stops: seven different activities, spread across the morning and afternoon.
See you at 9.45 am in front of the sports hall. First slot at 9.50 am to 11.00 am :
Second time slot of 11.15 am to 12.15 pm, with yoga, strength training and sophrology back on the programme. That’s enough to fit in two workshops in the same morning.
Gathering at 1.50 pm in front of the sports hall, setting off at 2 pm. Three options:
The Martinel Sports Centre is situated on Route de l’Ermitage, on the edge of the the Forest of Fontainebleau and its paths. The groups set off on foot, with no shuttle bus or car to catch.
Registration opened on Wednesday 9 September and close on Wednesday 16 September 2026. Just send an email to [email protected], stating for each participant: surname, first name, town or town of residence, chosen activity or activities, and a telephone number.
As for the equipment, a casual outfit and one water bottle are enough. The rest is provided.
