Le Grand Parquet hosts an equestrian weekend that is as fast-paced as it is spectacular: the Fontainebleau International Pony-Games Competition, the Saturday 6 and Sunday 7 June 2026, 9am to 6pm. And the good news is that’admission is free.
Pony-games is a fun and highly dynamic discipline in which riders and ponies compete as a team in a succession of games of skill and speed. Relays, slaloms, catching objects: every second counts, and the events follow one another at a frenetic pace. The whole event showcases the complicity between rider and mount, precision and a strong team spirit.
This competition brings together teams from several countries, This gives the event a truly international dimension. For the public, it's an accessible and joyful spectacle, particularly popular with children, who quickly get into the swing of things as they follow the colours of the different teams. The Grand Parquet site is vast and fully accessible, making it the perfect place for a family outing.
