The Golf de Fontainebleau, recognized as one of the most beautiful courses in France, offers a real adventure between rocks, heather, broom and bunkers. Inaugurated in 1909, it is one of the oldest golf courses in France. It is located in the heart of the Fontainebleau forest, 800 m from the town, on the former imperial hunting grounds. The course is characterized by its relatively narrow fairways, lined with trees of various species. It is defended by 103 fine sand bunkers and thick coppices, which add to its charm and difficulty, offering a symphony of colors and scents depending on the season.
